The Cognitive Coach

I grew up with a debilitating amount of Anxiety. 

One day I decided to take control over my issues. 
That was the first day of the rest of my life.

I overcame my problems by learning and practising the techniques of:
Cognitive Behavioural Coaching,
Rational Emotive Behavioural Coaching,
and Stoic philosophies. 


It’s wasn’t magic or a quick fix. 
I used structured processes and rigorous mental training techniques to better myself and 
get out from under the pain of my problems.

It was hard work but it was the most worthwhile thing I could have ever done.

And now I strive every day to pass the same knowledge and skills on to as many people as possible, no matter their age or the severity of their affliction.


I received my BA Honours in Psychology and worked as a cognitive facilitator before opening my Cognitive Behavioural Coaching practice in February 2014.


I have also trained in CBC and REBT  with the Albert Ellis Institute from New York City. 


I have helped hundreds of people so far and hope to help many thousands more. 

My Practice is my choice of work, my passion

and my mission. 

I live to help people, and that’s what keeps me going.
